Dre Amer

Dre Amer was born on June 2, 1990 in Marietta, Ga. Dre was surrounded by music, from one of his uncles being a drummer and another uncle being in the group The Controllers signed to Capitol Records in the 70’s and 80’s, Dre was only destined to take a liking to entertaining.

Dre moved back to Cobb County, GA at 4 years old and began singing in the choir at church at 5 years old. There he was able to understand song structure and harmony. At 11 years old he taught himself how to play the drums and played for his church for 5 years. One day at church Dre was introduced to Bryan Elmore a.k.a K-City, a music producer that went to a rival high school. After connecting and recording one song, Dre had his whole high school singing his lyrics and began to get notoriety around the county. Dre decided to pursue the entertainment business full time.

From 2010 to present day, Dre has been on a full pursuit of creating substance based music, while having the opportunity to write for A-list artists (Tamar Braxton, 8-ball, E-40, Jacob Lattimore, etc.). Dre has released multiple EP’s and singles over the years but his true passion lies in the creation process, taking a product from start to finish. Developing artists is one of his passions and has been the main focus up to present day!
